The copyright law applies to the Herd-Book database, the copyright to the database belongs to the Czech Association of Beef Cattle Breeders. CSCHMS offers the display of a limited amount of this information via the website free of charge. Data, information or any part thereof may not be collected, reproduced, stored, mediated or transmitted in any form beyond this purpose of use, without the prior consent of the Czech Association of Beef Cattle Breeders. The use of data, information or any part thereof contrary to the stated purpose may be considered an infringement of the copyright of ÈSCHMS. The targeted collection and / or provision of data or any part thereof to a third party at a profit (not only financial) is considered a violation of these rights.
